What You’ll Do

Coordinate LTL shipments from quote to delivery, ensuring every load is covered with the right carrier, equipment, and service level
Build and deliver competitive rate quotes aligned with customer needs and company objectives
Enter and manage shipment data in our TMS with accuracy and speed
Prepare and review shipping documentation, including pre-claim materials
Track and trace shipments, proactively communicating updates and resolving issues before they escalate
Partner with internal teams and customers to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience

What You Bring

Experience in transportation/logistics, with LTL exposure preferred
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
Clear, professional communication across phone, email, and internal platforms
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

Carrier Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

Source, onboard, and manage carrier partners across multiple modes
Negotiate rates and secure capacity to support customer freight
Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to ensure reliable service
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align on pricing and execution
Manage shipment data in our TMS with accuracy and speed
Prepare and send rate confirmations
Track market trends and adjust strategy to stay competitive
Solve problems in real time to keep shipments moving

Carrier Sales Manager

The Carrier Sales Manager at HTL is responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing carrier sales team. This role combines strategy and execution—driving performance while strengthening the carrier network that powers our business.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Carrier Sales Representatives
Establish performance expectations and drive accountability across the team
Strengthen and scale HTL’s carrier network across key modes and markets
Partner with operations and sales leadership to align on capacity strategy
Monitor market conditions and guide pricing and procurement decisions
Step in to support complex or high-priority shipments when needed

What You Bring

Proven experience in carrier sales or freight brokerage, with leadership experience preferred
Strong coaching and team development capabilities
Deep understanding of carrier markets, pricing, and capacity dynamics
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
Clear communication and decision-making under pressure

HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You’ll Do

Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles, from sourcing to offer
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, assess candidates, and make strong hiring decisions
Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth, professional new hire experience
Support HR operations including employee communications, documentation, and compliance
Help maintain consistency across performance management, compensation changes, and HR processes
Contribute to building a strong, aligned, and high-performing team culture
